Welcome to Fall 20206! In an effort to increase support for our students, IGISc is offering more ways to get GIS support with me (Chloe Martin, GISc Analyst).

Here's how I can help students:

  • GIS tech support: Installation, licensing, troubleshooting, bug reporting, etc. for ArcGIS Pro and other geospatial software programs
  • SFSU GIS Certificate Program: I am the academic coordinator for SFSU's GIS Certificate Program, a professional development program offered in partnership with the College of Professional and Global Education (CPaGE), and can answer any questions you might have!
  • GIS research support: I most commonly work with grad students and others developing GISc methods for their research projects

There are many ways to reach me, so please feel free to choose a method that works best for you!

  • Email: I aim for a quick response time, and typically reply within 1-2 hours during regular business hours
  • Office hours: I am offering virtual office hours every Tues/Thurs at 2-3 PM. To join, simply email me for the link!
  • Video call: Select a time that works for you using my Booking link! Be sure to add details about what you’d like help with under “Notes” when booking, so that I can prepare any info/fixes in advance. Please email me for first-time access.
